Services: Create state-level evaluation framework incorporating five dimensions of program outcomes, including quality of professional development activities and partnerships as well as changes in teachers’ content knowledge, teachers’ instructional practices, and students’ achievement. Analyses include cross-site meta-analyses of local evaluation results and hierarchical linear modeling to analyze local and global outcomes. Work in partnership with Area V Learning Technology Center and Censeo Group to create site partnership profiles. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data including achievement scores, implemenation data, interviews, and exatant data. Evaluation plan incorporates meta-syntheses of teacher action research for local projects. Assess partnership quality through comprehensive interview protocol with artifact analyses and surveys of all key partners including teachers, local education administrators, higher education faculty, and industry partners.
